What are chatbots? what are it's importance?

Have you ever noticed a pop up that comes as a chatbox when you access a bank, e-commerce or any educational websites? So, what are those? These are chatbots, They serve major purposes like providing online customer service, resolving issues and answering simple questions.

Are People Even Using Chatbots? A Closer Look at Some Stats in ...

Chatbots are also called Chat-Robots; these are software application used to conduct an online conversation through text or text to speech. There can be two types of chatbots, the first one uses the instruction given to it to interact with the user, here every answer is identified by certain keyword and the response is given accordingly. The second type uses AI (Artificial Intelligence) that can simulate a conversation with the user in the natural language. The main function of the chatbot involves developing interaction between machines and humans.
Amazon Alexa, ELIZA, LiveChat, Siri and Facebook messenger are some of the most common chatbots used by people.

How do chatbots work?

The chatbots take input from the user, the entire data source of the chatbot is matched with the user's request and then a suitable reply is given to the user. The chatbots work by adopting three classification methods which are as follows

Pattern Matching

Bots use pattern matching to classify the text and produce a suitable response for the customers. Pattern matching also involves the use of Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML )

Algorithms

For each kind of question, a unique pattern must be available in the database to provide a suitable response. With a lot of combination of patterns, it creates a hierarchical structure. We use algorithms to reduce the classifiers and generate a more manageable structure.

Artificial Neural Networks

Neural networks are a way of calculating the output from the input using weighted connections which are calculated from the repeated iterations while training the data amends the weight resulting in the output with accuracy.

What is the importance of chatbots?

Today the need for chatbot has skyrocketed, they are considered of utmost importance in customer satisfaction as they give a better understanding of the interface of the website or application, they answer the query of customer individually, They tell the steps for the required course of action as per the request and also give suggestion based on their preferences.

Things you should know about Blockchain Technology:

Blockchain Technology Blockchain is a decentralized ledger of everybody across a peer to peer network. Using these technology participants can perform a transaction without the need of a central certifying authority; some of the potential application includes fund transfer, settling trades and voting and many others. By allowing the distribution of information and not copying, the blockchain technology created the backbone of a new type of internet. This article will unfold various aspect of blockchain technology and what are the properties that make it so unique.  History of Blockchain Technology This blockchain comprises of three technologies, first is the internet which connects many networks, next is individual cryptographic principles which involved the conversion of information into code and lastly protocols for control. The first work takes us back to 1991 when a secured chain of blocks was described in 1991 by Stuart Haber and W. Scott Stornetta. They want

How 12 MP camera is better than 48 MP?

It’s the new age of smartphones where we see cameras of 48mp, 64mp and even 108mp. When the companies are engaged in increasing the figures in the ocean of numbers, have you ever thought why the big players, Apple iPhones, Google pixel and even Samsung have settled to 12 megapixels or 10 megapixels? Well, acknowledging this blog is going to make a difference in your next purchase . You don’t need a 45mp phone but choosing a 12mp phone will be more than enough because more megapixels means More Data Less storage Lower processing speed  Low light photo quality 12 Megapixels: Then vs Now It is evident that 12mp form 7 years back is not the same anymore there are a lot more complexities involved ranging from dynamic range, colour accuracy, lens quality, image sensor; all the way to faster image processing. 12mp cameras nowadays also use pixel-binning. To understand pixel binning, we have to understand what a pixel. The pixels in question are also known as p
